If you are in crisis – for example you are having strong feelings to end your life or hurt yourself, there is always someone out there ready to help you. Although within our practice we are not always available, do not hesitate to get in touch with your GP (8am to 5 pm, when calling, choose option “spoed” to get connected with the doctor on duty). You can tell him/her about your feelings and they will help you.
If this option is not available (for example the GP surgery is closed), try to call your local Huisartsenpost (doctor on duty outside working hours). You can find her/his contact details on your GP’s website.
If you live in Delft, call 015–251 1930 or visit this website.
In case of life-threatening situation, you can also call 112 (general emergency number) or 113 – suicide prevention line.
